Take a long lunch break every Monday for the next 6 weeks from 4pm to 6pm. In this Intro to Mindful Meditation you will learn to develop focus, precision and the ability to concentrate, while at the same time develop clarity in awareness. This will help you be a better boss, employee, S. O., parent, son, daughter, friend and overall more relaxed, confident person. This is something anyone can do. If meditation were a medication it would be the “drug of the century”.
