Participants will explore the mental shifts and new expertise facing Founders adapting to the increased importance of their CEO responsibilities related to strategy\, people\, and organizational culture. In 2023\, he transitioned from military service to pursue his passion for coaching\, helping others achieve the American Dream as he has. He holds a graduate certificate\, ICF certification\, and 7 years of coaching experience\, as well as a bachelor’s degree\, two master’s degrees\, and a DBA specializing in business strategy and innovation. \nOn the personal side\, Randy has been married to his college girlfriend for 37 years\, is a reluctant-but-successful vegetarian\, and enjoys reading\, hiking\, yoga\, and meditation/napping. He laughs a lot and is energized by diverse groups and innovators who challenge the status quo to make things happen.
