Geekdom Incubator

To apply you must have an idea or early-stage for-profit company looking for advisement and growth (do not have to be a formalized company, but can become one during the program). We're looking for passionate individuals who want to build a scalable, innovative company and can commit to attending all program sessions.

The Geekdom Programs team, along with key Geekdom stakeholders, will review applications and select up to 10 companies that show promise of continuing growth within the Geekdom community. Before final selections are made interviews may be conducted to better understand program fit.

Founders in the Incubator will learn the essentials of starting a business through weekly workshops and mentor sessions, facilitated by the Geekdom Programs team and industry experts. Topics covered will include: identifying your potential customers, how to conduct market research, solidifying your unique value proposition, developing a minimal viable product, financial modeling, creating a business plan, and building a pitch deck. The program culminates in a public showcase event.
