In this workshop, Founders will explore their role as the Chief Decision Architect—not decision maker—of their company. We will discuss the importance of figuring out which decisions should be made, the individual and group biases that affect decision-making. We will also discuss the importance of developing decision makers throughout your workforce, and the dangers of over-centralizing decisions with the leader.

Dr. Randy Coats grounds the material in 35 years of leadership experience in a wide range of roles, as well as his experience as a certified executive coach and coach/consultant in strategy, innovation, and leader development and transitions.
