This workshop will introduce Founders to five key challenges they must overcome to successfully transition from Founder of a startup to CEO of a thriving small business!
Participants will explore the mental shifts and new expertise facing Founders adapting to the increased importance of their CEO responsibilities related to strategy, people, culture, and decisions. Finally, participants will discuss how effective CEOs represent their business through their compelling executive presence.
Geekdom mentor Dr. Randy Coats will facilitate this workshop. He grounds the material in 35 years of leadership experience in a wide range of roles, as well as his experience as a certified executive coach and coach/consultant in strategy, innovation, and leader development and transitions. Lunch will be provided!
